To access the members’ site, you need to have a Google account with the same email address you have given us for receiving regular HCS e-mails. Don’t worry – setting this up is not as scary as it sounds! Please follow these steps:
1) Click the “members’ site” button.
2) You will be taken to a Google site, which will prompt you to enter your email address and a password.
3) Enter the email address you have given us for receiving HCS e-mails.
4) The next steps depend on whether you have a Google account set up or not:
i) click “Can’t access your account?”;
ii) then, click “If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one now”;
iii) follow the instructions for setting up a Google account. In the “Your current email address:” field, please type in the e-mail address that you have given us for receiving regular HCS emails;
iv) after you click “I accept. Create my account”, you will be asked to verify your new Google account by logging into your e-mail account and opening the e-mail sent to you by Google. Please do this by shutting down the browser containing the Google account information, and then login to your e-mail account in the normal way;
v) click on the verification link in the e-mail sent to you by Google;
vi) you should now be able to access the HCS members' site by logging in as above.
